Subscription Terms for WebbX / AutoPost

1. Introduction

These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of the AutoPost service provided by WebbX. By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Service

AutoPost is a subscription-based SaaS for automated publishing of content to websites and social media. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, code, design, functionality, and technology are owned by WebbX or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the service. Content you create or upload through the service remains yours, but we may use it as necessary to deliver and improve the service.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • The service is available only via a monthly subscription.
  • Fees are charged in advance each month.
  • You must maintain a valid payment method (e.g., card or approved payment provider).
  • By providing your payment details, you authorize automatic recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly.
  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the next billing period. You retain access until the end of the already paid period.

6. Refunds

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • No partial refunds are issued for started months.
  • Any refund may be granted only as a goodwill gesture in exceptional cases (e.g., technical faults attributable to us).

7. No Credits or Rollovers

We do not use credits or any system that carries unused capacity into future periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • WebbX is liable only for direct damages attributable to our service.
  • Our total liability is always limited to one (1) month of subscription fees paid by you.
  • We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or losses caused by third parties (e.g., Google, OpenAI, social media platforms, hosting providers, or other external services we integrate with).
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved first through dialogue with WebbX support, and failing that, in Swedish courts with the district court of [your city/county] as the court of first instance.
