Welcome to WebbX. These Terms of Service apply to the website https://webbx.nu and to services provided by WebbX in Sweden.
By accessing our website, purchasing a service, starting a subscription or accepting a proposal from WebbX, you agree to these terms. If a separate written agreement or proposal contains different terms, that agreement or proposal takes precedence.

2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to purchase or use our services.
If you act on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms and enter into agreements on its behalf.
You must provide accurate and current contact, billing and project information.
3. Orders and Agreements
An agreement is formed when:
- You accept a written proposal or order confirmation
- You purchase a service through our website
- You activate a subscription
- WebbX confirms your order in writing
- Work begins following your written approval
Changes to the agreed scope may affect the price and delivery schedule. Additional work must normally be approved before it is performed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete instructions
- Supplying required text, images, branding and account access
- Reviewing and approving work within a reasonable time
- Ensuring that supplied material may legally be used
- Keeping passwords and account credentials secure
- Maintaining appropriate backups unless backup services are included
- Verifying important information before publication
- Using our services lawfully
Delays caused by missing material, access or feedback may extend the delivery schedule.
You retain responsibility for the content published through your website, accounts or automated systems.
5. Websites and Development Projects
The scope of each website or development project is defined in the applicable proposal or order confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, additional pages, functions, integrations, revisions or services requested after approval may be charged separately.
Websites may depend on third-party platforms, themes, plugins, APIs, hosting providers and external services. WebbX cannot guarantee that third-party services will remain available, compatible or unchanged.
You are responsible for maintaining valid subscriptions and licenses for third-party products assigned to your account unless they are expressly included in your agreement with WebbX.
6. AI and Automated Services
Some WebbX services use artificial intelligence and automated systems to create, analyze, schedule or publish content.
AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or unintended results. WebbX does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, unique, legally compliant or suitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing content where human approval is included or reasonably required, particularly content involving:
- Legal or regulatory claims
- Medical or financial information
- Prices and commercial offers
- Information about identifiable people
- Copyrighted or trademarked material
- Sensitive or potentially harmful subjects
Automated publishing may continue according to the configured schedule until the service is paused, cancelled or affected by a technical issue.
7. AutoPost and Subscriptions
AutoPost and other subscription services may include automated content creation, website publishing and distribution through connected social media channels.
Available features, publishing frequency and supported platforms depend on the selected plan.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a written agreement:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period
- You may cancel before the next renewal date
- Cancellation prevents future renewals
- Access continues until the end of the paid billing period
- Fees already paid are generally not refunded for a partially used billing period
Cancellation instructions will be provided through the relevant payment service or by contacting WebbX.
Mandatory rights under Swedish or EU consumer law remain unaffected.
8. Connected Accounts and Platforms
You may need to connect websites, social media accounts or third-party services to use certain WebbX solutions.
You authorize WebbX and its technical systems to access and use connected accounts only as necessary to provide the agreed service.
You are responsible for:
- Having permission to connect each account
- Complying with the platform’s rules
- Maintaining active accounts and permissions
- Informing WebbX when access should be removed
- Protecting account credentials and recovery information
WebbX is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, policy changes, API changes or account closures imposed by independent platforms.
9. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed on the website or stated in a proposal, order confirmation or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments must be made by the specified due date
- Subscription fees are charged in advance
- Project payments follow the schedule stated in the proposal
- Additional work is charged separately after approval
- Applicable taxes are added or included as required
WebbX may pause work or suspend a service if an overdue payment remains unpaid after notice has been provided.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. WebbX does not store complete payment-card information.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of service, the customer’s legal status and whether work has already begun.
Custom work that has already been performed is generally chargeable. Completed and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. That right may be reduced or lost when you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the applicable consequences under consumer law.
If you experience a duplicate charge, payment error or failure to receive a purchased service, contact us so that we can investigate the issue.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights available under Swedish or EU consumer law.
11. Revisions and Approval
The number of revisions included in a project may be stated in the applicable proposal.
When you approve a design, text, function or completed project, later changes may be treated as additional work.
If you do not respond to a request for feedback or approval within a reasonable time, WebbX may pause the project and adjust the delivery schedule.
12. Intellectual Property
WebbX retains ownership of its:
- Pre-existing software and code
- Automation systems
- Templates and reusable components
- Methods and workflows
- AI configurations and prompts
- Internal tools
- Branding and original materials
After full payment, you receive the usage or ownership rights expressly stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, WebbX may reuse general knowledge, methods, non-confidential components and technical experience developed during a project.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or commercially redistribute WebbX systems, subscription services or proprietary technology without written permission.
You remain responsible for ensuring that material you provide does not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights or other third-party rights.
13. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential business, technical and account information received from the other party.
Confidential information may only be used to provide, receive or support the agreed services, unless disclosure is required by law.
Information that is already public, independently developed or lawfully obtained from another source is not considered confidential.
14. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Depending on the service, WebbX may act as either a data controller or a data processor. If WebbX processes personal data on behalf of a customer, a separate data-processing agreement may be required.
Customers must not provide sensitive personal data unless this has been specifically agreed and appropriate safeguards are in place.
Organizations processing personal data must comply with applicable GDPR responsibilities, including the distinction between controllers and processors described by the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
15. Acceptable Use
You may not use WebbX services to:
- Break any applicable law
- Publish fraudulent, deceptive or defamatory content
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Distribute malware or malicious code
- Send unlawful spam
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Harass, threaten or harm another person
- Manipulate or overload our systems
- Circumvent security or usage restrictions
- Create or distribute unlawful content
We may pause or terminate access if we reasonably believe that a service is being abused or used unlawfully.
16. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on independent providers, including:
- Hosting companies
- Domain registrars
- WordPress and its plugins
- Artificial-intelligence providers
- Payment processors
- Analytics providers
- Email services
- Social media platforms
- Security and backup providers
WebbX is not responsible for outages, price changes, discontinued features, account restrictions or other events controlled by third-party providers.
Separate terms and privacy policies may apply to those services.
17. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may be affected by:
- Maintenance and software updates
- Hosting or infrastructure failures
- Third-party outages
- API or platform changes
- Cyberattacks
- Internet or communication failures
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We may modify a service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or continued technical operation.
18. No Guaranteed Results
WebbX does not guarantee specific:
- Search-engine rankings
- Website traffic
- Social media reach
- Leads or sales
- Conversion rates
- Revenue or profitability
- Publishing results
- Availability on third-party platforms
Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including competition, algorithms, market conditions, customer material and third-party services.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WebbX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption or reputational damage.
WebbX is not responsible for losses caused by:
- Incorrect customer instructions
- Customer-supplied material
- Unauthorized account access
- Failure to maintain backups
- AI-generated errors that should reasonably have been reviewed
- Third-party services or platform decisions
- Events outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability resulting from fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
20. Suspension and Termination
You may terminate a service according to the cancellation terms applicable to your order or subscription.
WebbX may suspend or terminate a service if:
- Payments remain overdue
- These terms are materially violated
- The service is used unlawfully or abusively
- Continued operation creates a security or legal risk
- A required third-party service becomes unavailable
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before termination.
Outstanding payment obligations remain in effect after termination.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting an active subscription may also be communicated directly when appropriate.
Changes will not retroactively alter an individually agreed project without a legal or contractual basis.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
If a dispute arises, please contact WebbX first so that we can attempt to resolve it.
Consumers may be entitled to submit a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Disputes that cannot be resolved otherwise shall be handled by a competent Swedish court.
23. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
